Our Preconstruction Team will conduct an on-site evaluation and consultation to assess existing flooring conditions, understand project goals, and develop the best solutions to support your schedule, budget, and performance requirements. 

Once the project is initiated, our Preconstruction Team will provide a detailed scope of services, including take-offs, budgeting, estimating, and project layout coordination. 

Once the project is awarded and the scope of services is approved, our Project Management and Field Operations teams coordinate all next steps, including site testing, material procurement, scheduling, logistics planning, furniture lift systems, and the receiving, warehousing, and delivery of all project materials to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process. 

Our experienced field operations team mobilizes on-site to manage demolition, floor preparation, installation, and final clean-up with precision and efficiency. Every project is carefully planned and prepared prior to installation to ensure quality execution and schedule performance. In addition to our installation crews, each project is supported by a dedicated superintendent or on-site supervisor who serves as a direct point of contact for coordination, communication, and client support throughout the project. 

Upon project completion, our Superintendent and Project Management team will conduct a final walk-through with the client to ensure all project requirements, quality standards, and expectations have been successfully met.
