OUR STORY
In 1969, Wally Reyes created a subcontracting company known as Wally Reyes Floor Installers. In the mid-1980s, the small business found itself growing and becoming a well-known third-tier commercial flooring company. Through the years, Wally's sons, Chris and Rene, witnessed first-hand the value and workmanship their father put into the business. The boys saw that their father's hard work and dedication not only provided for their family but provided for the families of all of Wally's employees.
In 2003, Chris continued his father's legacy, became President, and re-branded the company into Reyes Floor Services. With the knowledge passed on to him, and with Wally and Rene alongside him, Chris leads the Reyes Family Flooring is one of San Antonio's most reputable family-owned commercial floor installation companies.

In 1969, Wally Reyes started his flooring career assisting Bexar Floors. A self-taught man, Wally's dreams of entrepreneurship would be the foundation of a thriving flooring business decades later. In 1969, Wally Reyes started his flooring career assisting Bexar Floors. A self-taught man, Wally's dreams of entrepreneurship would be the foundation of a thriving flooring business decades later. In 1982, at the age of 26, Wally Reyes Floor Installers was started. The company became known for its quality and efficiency. Those company qualities led the organization to grow, scale, and effectively manage multiple high-profile commercial projects just a decade later.
In 2012, after 43 years in the trade, Wally retired and passed the craftmanship onto his son, Chris Reyes.

Chris Reyes had the privilege of being born into an entrepreneurial family. From a young age, he learned the value of a strong work ethic and leadership skills. After years of watching the operations of his father's business, Chris made the choice to follow in his father's footsteps. In 1998, Chris began working for his father, Wally Reyes. Chris worked first as an apprentice and within a few years was managing both large and small commercial projects.
During that time, he earned multiple flooring product certifications.
In 2003, Chris began Reyes Floor Services. As a "hand-on" business leader, Chris continues his family's legacy of quality and efficiency.

Rene Reyes learned the flooring trade from his father, Wally Reyes. In 1994, Rene began an apprenticeship to learn the trade from Wally.
That same year, Rene earned his associate’s degree from Texas A&M University. Rene worked diligently alongside his dad and soon became an operational lead, aka his father's "right-hand man". In 2012, Re

That same year, Rene earned his associate’s degree from Texas A&M University. Rene worked diligently alongside his dad and soon became an operational lead, aka his father's "right-hand man". In 2012, Rene began working with his brother Chris at Reyes Floor Services as a Foreman. Rene soon was promoted to production manager in 2014.
Rene ensures the Reyes Floor Services team of commercial flooring specialists and ensures all projects are completed with precision.

Reyes Floor Services is HABE, MBE, SBE, and HUB certified.
