Every project begins with understanding what is being asked of us.

Our Preconstruction Department brings together Business Development & Solutions, Estimating, Cost, and Preconstruction Leadership to evaluate the opportunity from multiple perspectives.

The team works to understand project requirements, scope, quantities, specifications, costs, schedules, logistics, installation requirements, risks, and customer expectations before the project moves forward.

The objective is to identify potential gaps early and develop a clear path from opportunity to execution.

 Turn the Award Into an Execution Plan.

Upon award, the project transitions from Preconstruction into Project Controls through a defined project handoff.

Our Project Management team takes ownership of the information and commitments established during Preconstruction and begins coordinating the resources necessary for successful execution.

Project Controls manages procurement, submittals, compliance, scheduling, execution planning, project financials, change management, billing, collections, documentation, and customer coordination.

Working closely with Field Operations, Project Management helps ensure the field has the information, materials, resources, and direction needed to execute the work.

Our Field Operations team turns the project plan into action. Led by our Field Operations Manager, Superintendents, and On-Site Foremen, our structure creates clear ownership and a direct line of communication between the field and Project Management.

Each project is supported by an On-Site Foreman responsible for daily execution, while our Superintendents oversee multiple projects to maintain visibility into manpower, production, schedule, quality, safety, and site conditions.

This structure allows challenges to be communicated early, resources to be coordinated quickly, and solutions to be developed with the right people involved.

Our Field Operations and Project Management teams work together to evaluate completed work, coordinate punch requirements, resolve outstanding items, complete project documentation, and support final closeout.

The same ownership established at the beginning of the project continues through completion.
